Steven Michael Ross

Steven Ross, 58, died Friday, October 29, 2021 at his home near Vergas, MN. Steven Michael was born December 8, 1962, in Detroit Lakes, MN the son of Mike and Dorothy (Felker) Ross. Steve grew up in rural Dent, MN and graduated from Pelican Rapids High School in 1982. Through the years he worked for H.D. Electric, Vergas, MN and Victor Satter Construction in Pelican Rapids. Steve enjoyed socializing with family and friends while enjoying a cocktail. Steven is survived by brother Timothy Ross (Angie Salazar) of Dent, and sister Kimberly Nelson, of Dent, nieces and nephews: Michael Nelson, of Dent, Christina Nelson (Matthew Moore) Of Frazee, Jesse Ross of Dent, Tanner Nelson of Dent, two great-nieces Karley Lyn and Lola Grace Nelson. He is also survived by his aunts Maxine Lydell, Sparks, NV, Mary Jane Monk, Renton, WA, Lavita Longtine, Moorhead, MN, and Jan Felker, of Audubon; and special friends: Harold Dahl and Duane Barnes. Steve is preceded in death by parents. Celebration of Life will be Saturday, November 6, 2021 at Kimberly Nelson’s residence, 41366 County Highway 41, Dent, MN 56528, beginning at 2:00 p.m. continuing through the afternoon followed up with a bonfire, join us for cocktails and a toast to Steven.
