Josh Brian Villareal

Josh Villareal, age 35, of West Fargo, ND, died Tuesday, October 19, 2021 at his residence. Josh Brian was born May 17, 1986 in Orange, CA. Josh lived in San Bernadino, CA until he was 5 years old. Then his family moved to Fargo, ND and lived there for a short time before moving to Halstad, MN. He was baptized at Halstad Lutheran Church in Halstad, MN. He attended school in Halstad, graduating from Norman County West High School in 2005. Josh attended NDSU in Fargo, ND for Computer Science. He then had two children: Aiden and Gavin. From 2005 to 2014 Josh worked at U.S. Bank in Fargo, ND as a service advisor. In 2015 he began to work as an escalation engineer for Microsoft Azure SQL where he was presently employed. On June 1, 2019 Josh married Brittany Beringer in Moorhead, MN. Josh was a member of the FM Stangs Auto Club. He enjoyed computers especially computerized gaming. He is survived by his wife Brittany, ND; two children: Aiden and Gavin Villareal, ND; parents: Mark Villareal and Tammy (Maximillian) Chen; in-laws: Jamie & Dawn Stromberg; sister Tiffany (Mariano) Felix, CA; brothers: Matthew (Daniel) Jensen, NV and Aaron Saastad, MN; sister-in-law Kylee (Cody) Woehl; brother-in-law Gage Stromberg; and niece Elena. Visitation: Wednesday, October 27, 2021, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church, Pelican Rapids, Minnesota.
