Caroline Johnson

Caroline Helen Johnson was born November 25, 1914, in Elizabeth Township, near Elizabeth, MN, the daughter of Charles and Emily (Spies) Johnson. She lived with her aunts, Rose and Carrie Spies in Fergus Falls, MN, following the death or her mother when Caroline was little. She attended school in Fergus Falls. Upon the death of her father, Caroline farmed with her cousin, Donald Johnson, in Elizabeth Township, near Elizabeth. She moved to Pelican Rapids in 1966.Caroline was a former member of St. Elizabeth Catholic Church in Elizabeth, and in 1966 became a member of St. Leonard's Catholic Church in Pelican Rapids.Caroline, age 92, passed away on Saturday, May 19, 2007, at MeritCare in Fargo, North Dakota.She is survived by several cousins.She was preceded in death by her parents; and sister, Rose Johnson in 1996.Blessed Be The Memory Of Caroline Johnson
