Jessica Lynn Weishair, age 16, of rural Pelican Rapids, Minnesota, was called home to Heaven to be with Our Lord and Savior on Saturday, April 5, 2008. Jessica passed away due to injuries sustained in a bus accident near Albertville, MN, while returning with other members of the Pelican Rapids High School band from a trip to Chicago.Jessica Lynn Weishair was born on March 25, 1992, at St. John's Hospital in Fargo, North Dakota, the daughter of Kim and Stacy Weishair. She was baptized at Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Barnesville, MN, and confirmed at Faith Lutheran Church in Pelican Rapids. Jessica was currently in the 10th grade at Pelican Rapids High School. Jessica was involved in many things including band, choir, dance, softball, volleyball, volunteer work at church, and Bible School teacher. She spent many hours cooking and baking with Grandma Fran. Her whole family will greatly miss her participation in the annual deer hunt, as she was quite the deer hunter.One of Jessica's more recent accomplishments was on her 16th birthday, March 25, acquiring her driver's license, and also on the same day, starting her new job at Cenex in Pelican Rapids.She was a most treasured daughter, sister, aunt, granddaughter, niece, and friend to many, many people.Jessica will live on forever in our hearts, and memories of Jessica will last a lifetime.
