Petro Pribyshchuk, age 39, a resident of Pelican Rapids, Minnesota, died tragically in an auto accident on Saturday, October 3, 2009, near Pelican Rapids.Petro Pribyshchuk (Lischenko) was born May 17, 1970, in Armyansk, Crimea (Ukraine). When he was a child he and his family lived in Syberia for a few years.Later they moved back to Armyansk.He graduated from school in 1985 and graduated from college in 1988 with an electrical degree.Petro served in the army for two years. He was working as maintenance and electrician for a large chemical company.In 1990, he received Jesus as his Lord and Saviour and was baptized and finished Bible school.He was a member of Love of Christ Church and was actively involved in missionary work.In 1991, he was united in marriage with Viktoriya Pribyshchuk. In 1992, they welcomed their daughter Veronika.His wife and daughter were a true joy in his life.In 2005, they moved to Pelican Rapids, Minnesota, where he worked at West Central Turkeys.Petro was an active member of Living Waters Assembly of God Church in Pelican Rapids and Fargo Slavic Church, Fargo, North Dakota.He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and helping others.Petro enjoyed studying history and recreating battleships and tanks.He was intelligent and took pleasure in watching the Discovery Channel and expanding his knowledge about the world and everything that is in it.Petro will be remembered for his love for his family and friends and his cheerful contentment.Petro is survived by his wife, Viktoriya, and daughter, Veronika, both of Pelican Rapids, MN; his mother, Vera, Ukraine; two sisters: Valentina and Larissa, Ukraine.He was preceded in death by his father, Petro; and father-in-law.Blessed Be The Memory Of Petro Pribyshchuk
