Jane Follmer

Jane A. Follmer, age 86, a resident of Excelsior, Minnesota, formerly of Pelican Rapids, died October 15, 2009, at N.C. Little Hospice, Edina, Minnesota.Jane Arleen Langseth was born December 14, 1922, in Pelican Rapids, Minnesota, the daughter of Melvin and Alma (Osten) Langseth.Jane grew up in Minneapolis, Minnesota.She worked for Telex hearing Aid repairing hearing aids.Jane married Vern Follmer in Minneapolis where they resided for a number of years before moving to Elk River, Minnesota, where they lived until 1997.In 1997, she moved to Excelsior, Minnesota.Jane enjoyed bowling, crocheting and cross-stitching.Jane is survived by her daughter Robin Osten, Excelsior, MN; stepchildren and families; grandson, Andrew (Patty) Waples, Excelsior, MN; great-granddaughters, Lauren and Nicole Waples; brother, Mel Langseth, Minneapolis, MN; many loving cousins, nieces, nephews, family and friends.She is preceded in death by her husband, Vern; parents, Melvin and Alma; and two sisters: Lorraine Zurbay and Elvira Wickland.Blessed Be The Memory Of Jane Follmer
