Robert Willson, Jr., age 56, a resident of Pelican Rapids, Minnesota, died on Monday, March 29, 2010, at his home.Robert Wayne Willson, Jr. was born June 10, 1953, in Wiesbaden, Germany, the son of Robert, Sr. and Elsie (Hornung) Willson.He attended high school in Iowa and Illinois.After high school, he served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War.Robert was united in marriage to Sheri Lee Tarnowski on March 30, 1987.For nearly 25 years, Robert drove truck for various trucking companies while living in Iowa and Illinois.He moved to Pelican Rapids in 1983.Robert drove truck for AMPI for several years and drove sugar beet trucks during the harvest season.Robert enjoyed fishing and hunting.He took pride in attending his sons football games and wrestling matches.Robert is survived by his sons:Chad Willson, Detroit Lakes, MN, Cody Willson, Moorhead, MN, Tyler Willson, Pelican Rapids, MN, and Aaron Willson, Fayetteville, NC; his mother, Elsie Kramer and step-father, Richard Kramer, Niles, IL;a sister Audrey (David) Swang, Moorhead, MN; two half-brothers: Daniel Kramer and James Kramer, Chicago, IL; and many nieces and nephews.He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Willson, Sr.; and step-mother, Doris Willson.Blessed Be The Memory Of Robert Willson, Jr.
