Fred Henry Splittgerber

Fred Splittgerber, age 73, a resident of Pelican Rapids, MN, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, October 30, 2012 at Pioneer Care in Fergus Falls, MN. He was surrounded by his family. Fred Henry Splittgerber was born December 31, 1938 in Fergus Falls, MN hospital, the son of Henry and Thelma (Leeper) Splittgerber of rural Erhard, MN. He worked several years for Ouren Brother's Construction and All Builder's Construction of Fergus Falls. He was a self-employed carpenter until his retirement. Fred was united in marriage to Darlene Joyce Melkert on November 28, 1959 at Tonseth Lutheran Church, near Erhard, MN. He was a member of Pelican Rapids Baptist Church.
