Marjorie Grahn

Marjorie Grahn, 97, a resident of rural Vergas, MN, died on May 17, 2013 at Frazee Care Center in Frazee, Minnesota.Marjorie Hitz was born March 23, 1916 the daughter of Frank and Marie (Havenstein) Hitz. On February 4, 1942 Marjorie was united in marriage with Ellsword Grahn at the Peace Lutheran Parsonage in Antigo, WI. Marjorie and Ellsword made their home in rural Vergas. Marjorie helped Ellsword on the farm. They operated a saw and planing mill and also processed maple syrup. Ellsword died on April 30, 1983. Marjorie was a member of Zion Lutheran Church.
