James Leo Welder, age 65, a resident of Pelican Rapids, Minnesota, died on March 28, 2016, at Sanford Health in Fargo, North Dakota. Jimmy passed away peacefully in the arms of his family. As he requested, there will be no services. There will be a Celebration of Life at the farm later this summer. Gone too soon.
